Please read these terms carefully before ordering and, if necessary, print and keep a copy for your records.
Shipping
Please allow up to 7 days for all products to be lovingly handcrafted and dispatched to your address. If you need your order quicker than this, please contact us and we'll do our very best to help.
Orders are charged at a rate of £1.50 for the first item plus 25p per additional item for postage and packing. All products will be posted in a well-padded envelope by Royal Mail First Class. If you require Recorded Delivery, please let me know!
Returns and Cancellations
Please let us know by email within 7 days if you would like to cancel an order that you've placed. We'll refund you they amount you've paid minus the shipping costs which will be held as a restocking fee.
If you believe an item to be faulty, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do everything in our power to put it right.
We understand that buying something on the internet without seeing it in person can be daunting. If you receive your order and decide the products just are not appropriate for you, contact us for a full refund minus the shipping. Please note: if the items are not faulty it will be your responsibility to cover the cost of shipping the items back to us.
Finally, in the rare event that your order is sent incorrectly please contact us and we will correct it as soon as we can.
