Your Contract With Us
When placing an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. When your order has been received, confirmation will be emailed to you clearly outlining the goods ordered and the amount paid. Your order will then automatically be accepted and your goods will be dispatched within the time specified in the shipping section to the left.
In the unlikely event that we have made a pricing error, I will email you to tell you this and there will be no contract between us.
If the goods you order are no longer available, I will email you as soon as possible to inform you and offer a substitute product. You are under no obligation to accept this product as a replacement.
How to Place an Order
If you wish to order goods, please add them to your shopping basket specifying the relevant options where appropriate. When you have finished adding items, click on 'Checkout with PayPal' to begin the payment process. If you already have a PayPal account, login here and use the PayPal payment screens to complete the payment process. If you do not have an account, you can still pay by credit or debit card by clicking on 'continue checkout' under the heading 'Don't have a PayPal account?' and following the on-screen instructions to complete your payment.
If you notice any errors with your order during the process, please go back if possible to correct these errors. If you are unable to do so, please contact us using one of the above methods to inform us of this error and we will be able to correct it for you.
It is important to note that all of the card payments processed through this website are handled by PayPal. This provides a safe and secure way for you to pay for your goods and we never hold any passwords, credit card numbers or other sensitive payment information on our system.
